My wife and I are happy with the choice we made during our home selling adventure. From the very beginning, Jesse has always been prompt with responses. While we couldn’t even get a reply from a different realtor (who we had even met in person before), Jesse contacted us the very same day we sent an email to get the process started. He was very honest and up front about what he felt our house would be worth after he did extensive research on nearby houses. He was so accurate, that the appraiser came up with the same value for our house after we accepted a great offer. We have animals, so we decided to move out early to a different house (in a different state) so that showing our house would be easier. Jesse took care of anything and everything we needed after we left. He made sure a broken window got replaced, the garbage got emptied, hired professional cleaners, and hired someone to clean the pool. He took all of the pictures of the house, created a 3D walkthrough and floor plan of the house, then put everything together for us in an amazing listing. He kept us included every step of the way, but it was great knowing our house was in his hands. Because of his awesome work, we started getting offers immediately on our house. We were able to accept a great offer the very next day. Jesse gave us awesome advice throughout the entire process, and we are now almost at the end of selling our home. Thank you, Jesse, for all of your hard work and promptness during this adventure. If given the choice, we would choose Jesse again without hesitation.

If you’re looking for the best realtor in Arizona, look NO FURTHER! We are from Cali and having no guidance in a new state was scary to say the least but Jesse made sure my family and I were well taken care of. Jesse was there from beginning till the end of our home search journey in Arizona and I couldn’t thank him enough for making this process such a breeze. He found us our perfect home in AZ and we couldn’t be happier! Not only that, he also served as a guide in the process of renting our first home back in Cali which demonstrated to us how he just goes above and beyond for his clients. It’s hard to find realtors who have experience in VA loans but that was not the case with Jesse. As a former Marine himself we knew he was the one we could trust & we were not mistaken because he delivered rightfully so. Jesse’s expertise in this industry is what truly makes him unique and the best at what he does.
