We purchased our first home with Hillary’s help in 2019 and worked with her again to sell it this past June. We feel so lucky to have connected with her by chance at an open house back in 2019! She is super quick to respond to messages and very knowledgeable about the market, home trends, and all the strategy that goes into buying and selling. She provides a ton of educational resources to guide you through the process from start to finish, which was really helpful as this was our first time buying and selling. We always felt empowered to make the important decisions, and she was always there to offer her expertise and guidance when we needed it. Working with Hillary as a home buyer was fantastic! She was super quick to respond to all of our (many) inquiries, and was great at pointing out things we would or would not like in a house during our walkthroughs. She was always prepared with details about houses we were viewing, and her team made the closing process very organized and easy to follow. As an added bonus, she's quite funny and has extensive knowledge about the plants and birds making the whole experience enjoyable :)

Hillary was outstanding from the start! After working with two other realtors in Austin and finding nothing, Hillary was able to locate exactly what I was trying to find ON THE FIRST DAY. She explained the new commission bargaining rules well and attended the inspection, final walkthrough and closing. Hillary was able to negotiate in a professional manner with the seller’s agent in order to get to my asking price plus a few repairs and appliances. Her assistant, Michelle, was able to answer any other concerns with proper details and coordinate with Austin Title. Definitely choose HomeSmith Realty, THEY GET IT!
