Hillary is both a phenomenal person and real estate agent. For starters, she is extremely organized, knowledgable and responsive. Even with late evening communications, I would ask her questions and tell her to wait until tomorrow, but she would often get back to me within the hour. Her commitment to providing her clients with the smoothest house buying experience couldn’t be more clear. Her opinions are always objective and well thought out. It also helps that Hillary is an amazing person to be around, outside of her role as a relate estate agent. She is easy going, has a great sense of humor and is an interesting person. She's one of those kinds of people that you forget you are doing business with, because you start to think you’ve been friends for decades. I genuinely can't find any cons to my experience with Hillary. If you are looking for a real estate agent in Austin, she is your person.

I would recommend Hillary to anyone. She helped us prep, stage and list our home which sold in a matter of weeks! When we first reached out to her, she came to our house to talk to us about what we needed, explained the process to us and took the time to get to know us. She then kept in regular contact throughout the entire process and explained all the real estate lingo and laws to us very simply.

Hillary was there literally every step of the way and helped us navigate the dizzying home buying and home selling process. She patiently and constantly guided us through all procedural aspects, graciously helped us prepare our home for sell, was persistent in helping us search for and find the right home for us, and maintained a kind giving spirit of service every step of the way. Her deep knowledge of the market and business acumen enabled us to sell our home for above asking price in a quick manner, and allowed us to purchase our new home in the face of competing offers. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough about Hillary and her husband.

Hillary was introduced to us by a friend and we are very glad that she was our realtor. She helped us in various ways during the purchase of a new construction home when we were 2000 miles away. She goes above and beyond to make sure that we had a positive buying experience. She assisted us 1) during the lot selection stage, 2) advised us during the design stage 3) helped throughout the construction stage by visiting, taking pictures and 4) represented us during the inspection stage and 5) was always with us until the closing day. We couldn't have bought the house without Hillary's help. We highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Hillary helped me purchase a home in April of 2023. She and her assistant Michelle were both phenomenally helpful. Very quick to answer any questions I had, and - I had a lot going on at the time - polite and organized when they let me know if I had missed anything. She had a lot of good advice and recommendations for inspections/a repair that was needed, and also helped me negotiate an offer that was below the asking price, before the market corrections had really taken effect. If you need a realtor, Hillary is the best one you're going to find.
