The person I got. Won’t answer questions. Just repeats himself. Doesn’t know the house he’s representing. Avoids all questions and take 24 hours to reply but not with the answer asked. Find someone else

Great experience! I was hunting at a very difficult time as rates were rising fast, and I was very restrictive with my budget and requirements. I was concerned that I wasn't giving Jennifer's team enough to work with but they were patient and worked with me through the whole process. She listened to my asks, but made sure I knew what was realistic. I didn't feel any pushiness or frustration the whole time. Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I did find a great home

The entire Jennifer Young team was stellar right out of the starting gate. Our agent from the team, John Purvis met with us a year before we were ready to sell and carefully looked at our house and property and instructed us on the things that we could do to to make our house sellable for the highest price. He not only gave us ideas for improving the value, he also set us up with skilled craftsmen to do some of the work for a very reasonable price. They also have relationships with several movers to help us get the best price for our moving expenses after sale. John and in particular,Jessica Ruggiero, kept us informed throughout the process. The Jennifer Young "coming soon" process helped us get an idea about the price range that was reasonable before we actually formally put the house on the market. We chose a price point that John and the Jennifer Young team felt was reasonable. Within one week, the interest at that price point was significant so John suggested we go live one week later. We had 20 showings the first day due to marketing reach that Jennifer Young has and we actually had multiple offers the first day. We eventually accepted one of those first day offers which was a cash offer, over the asking price with no contingencies. John and the team facilitated a settlement date and also negotiated a rent back agreement since our new house is not quite finished. The team continues to be in contact with us after the sale to be sure everything is smooth with the transition. John was a great agent. From the very beginning he was always on top of everything. He pointed out details that we needed to take care of and even supplied us with the contacts to get them done very quickly at reasonable cost. During our realtor interviews, John was the only one to point out the true value of our home at a much higher sales price than other realtors with less vision on the full market. Starting with hosting the first open house on New Year's eve that was very successful, to following up closely with scheduled tours after that, John successfully had a solid offer under contract in only 14 days during what most news outlets were claiming to be the hardest time of the year to sell. John also negotiated a no-cost rent back after closing that allowed us to move immediately into our new down-sized home nearby. Throughout the contract phases to settlement, John monitored the buyer's activities and kept the process moving to a successful conclusion in spite of communication difficulties with the buyer's agent. With John and the Jennifer Young team including Jessica we were treated extremely well and totally satisfied with the experience. John immediately connected us with a contractor who could make necessary repairs, saving us months of searching for someone.
