I first contacted Ms. Jeanette about a rental property, and at the end of our conversation she asked if I had ever thought about buying. I told her no, but she scheduled a meeting to explain the homebuying process to me. After our meeting, I called her a few days later and admitted that I was afraid of the process and thought I should stick to renting. That day, Ms. Jeanette talked with me for 33 minutes—not just as an agent, but as a mother. She promised me she would guide me every step of the way, and she truly kept that promise! She was always available to answer my questions and showed so much patience throughout the entire journey. Because of her support and guidance, I purchased my beautiful home in less than two months.

Jeanette Spicer is an extraordinary agent! If you are looking for results, Jeanette Spicer produces! I speak from direct experience. She was able to do what two previous agents had not. Many agents talk a great game, but just don’t get the job done. My Mom and I had to end realtor agreements with two separate agents before finding Jeanette Spicer. And, it made all of the difference! Jeanette made all the difference. Jeanette was genuinely enthusiastic about our home from the very start. She didn’t waste one moment. She was on top of each step of the process; and, kept us informed every step of the way, from her initial walk-through to the photos we took at the closing with the new buyers of our home. She was highly proactive and truly intentional about her efforts. After doing her walk-through, she started our relationship by telling us what she loved most about our home; and, why she thought it was a great listing. Yet, she was completely honest with us in sharing what needed to be done to make our home ‘list ready’. We did exactly as she suggested; and, within days there were showings scheduled. To illustrate her outstanding level of follow-up, she was always responsive and gave us productive, actionable feedback from the showings without us having to ask. We were so impressed with her professionalism and wonderful demeanor, her understanding of the market and mindset of the buyers; as well as, her ability to comprehend, consider and explain the interests of each stakeholder in the sale, e.g., the sellers (my Mom and I), the buyers, the buyers’ agents, the inspector, the appraiser, etc.. Having access to this information was vital and truly reassuring during the selling process, when you feel that you’re blind to so many contributing factors. If we had any questions along the way or became frustrated during the process, Jeanette listened to our feedback, answered all of our questions with background information to better understand the “why(s)”; and, she took action in negotiating based on our thoughts and expectations. This showed me that Jeanette actively listened and respected our perspective at every turn. So naturally, she was also great at managing the inevitable frustrations that came along with closing. Jeanette was reassuring, communicative and forthcoming. To that end, she instinctively began to work in collaboration with the buyers’ agent to meet all of the requirements of the bank that was funding the sale. Jeanette’s “can do”, positive energy was a pivotal force behind the success of our closing. Jeanette thoroughly prepared us for everything needed to successfully sell our family home. I’ve never seen anything like it! Even the tone of the closing was genuinely familial and authentically comfortable…if we’re honest, even enjoyable. Jeanette exceeded our expectations in every way, e.g., the listing’s pictures of our home were absolutely gorgeous, her ability to get our home in front of interested buyers was stellar, her capacity to manage the challenges and engage all parties in the process with such a pleasant and reassuring manner was outstanding, even the marketing materials for our home were top notch, and I could go on and on. Jeanette was referred to me by a cousin to assist me in the purchase of a house. The first time we met, Jeanette explained the buying process and put me at ease. During the process she continued to keep me informed of each step and ensured that I completed all my tasks timely. She followed up with my lender, the seller's agent and kept everyone on task. Ms. Spicer is a 5 star professional! I was referred to Ms. Spicer by a mutual friend. When I called her, she was very kind and personable. We met the next day and discussed what needed to be done. Less than 2 weeks later my house was on the market and sold at full price- within less than 48 hours. Ms. Spicer was present every step of the way, providing clear communication for a seamless process. Ms Spicer also helped us find our dream home and negotiate a price that was within our budget. I would definitely use her services again and would refer her to any potential buyer/seller!!
