Jayne Bair has listed & sold homes for our friends & our family over the years . We trusted her & called her to list our home as well. she is very professional /knowledgeable , great personality & definitely patient & even so much fun as well to work with. She answered all our questions we had right from the start to end! Every single call or text we made to her, no matter what time of day it was! She responded back to us in a timely manner she def calmed my nerves throughout the entire process, with many questions I had alone from the beginning to the end! We felt very confident to put our trust in her with our home! Trust me,she does an amazing job going above & beyond! We can’t thank you enough Jayne! When we decided to sell our townhouse and having seen ads for ideal agent I decided to explore the option. I was connected with Jayne Bair from Century 21 in Kennett Square, Pa. Jayne met with us and explained the process and we signed up to allow her the opportunity to sell the property. After some last minute repairs the property was listed on a Tuesday and we had 3 offers at or above the asking price by Friday. Sorted through the offers and selected the one that checked the majority of our needs. Jayne kept in touch with us throughout the process and all went smoothly. We just closed last week and it appears the buyers are as happy as we are with the sale. Jayne Bair is a professional, offered suggestions where needed and guided us through the transaction without unnecessary intervention. All went well and we would look to Jayne and Ideal agent in the future.
