This was likely the worst time and market for us to buy a house as first-time homebuyers given the low inventory and outrageous interest rates. Add in that we were moving from out of state, we faced an uphill battle. Our friends recommended Buzz as a realtor, and we're so glad they did, as we literally wouldn’t have been able to move without him. Over the 5 or so months we got to know Buzz, he was always super professional, supportive, and most importantly extremely knowledgable of the area. We couldn’t have asked for an easier real estate agent to work with. We may have walked away from home buying altogether if not for him. We entered this with low expectations for a real estate agent and Buzz was a breath of fresh air.

Brandon makes the entire process very easy. He's very knowledgable, will give you good advice and guidance. He's the best agent in Delaware which is why I chose him to list my house for sale! We received multiple offers well above asking price and were under contract in just a few days. I highly recommend Brandon.
