    Day 3 of living in a Corey remodel. Calling a plumber. No hot water to the master bathrooms shower, can’t find the shut off valves to make sure it is open. Spent all day fixing the doors. Every door has issues. Hack work. We waived the inspection, because he had one a month earlier. Big mistake. Beware. Already putting money out to redo new work. Thanks for making this experience frustrating the entire way through.

    /!\ Think twice before signing the lease contract at 1933 /!\ Landlord could make you pay for ALL his expenses. You will pay hundreds of dollars monthly to cover ALL the maintenance/repairs of the home, regardless if it is normal wear and tear or not. Upon move out, not only you could be deducted the monthly maintenance fee but also your deposit can be partially or entirely deducted for all the expenses/maintenance invoices, parts labor, paint etc... To keep it short, the insurance requirements are also out of this world. You can find all other property owned by this Landlord on Realtyhop.
