Matt came highly recommended to us by a family friend and we are so grateful for him and his team and all they did to help make the selling process easier for us. From start to finish, Matt was a consummate professional who offered wonderful advice and tips to help us get our property ready for the market. He knows the North Wilmington area very well, and was knowledgeable about the homes in our neighborhood and what it would take to get the best price for our property. Matt was very communicative throughout the process, yet never pushy. He made it clear that if there was anything we needed he would be there, and his team was very professional and helpful, as well. Matt and his team made buying an investment property extremely easy and informative. They successfully streamlined the home buying process, answered the important questions, and were great resources throughout! I first reached out to Matt in the beginning of 2023 and he and I walked through the process and figured out exactly what it was I was looking for. We stayed in touch for months after until finding the ideal property in March, closing in April. Without reservation, I would recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking to buy/sell a home in PA, DE.

A long overdue thanks to Matt for helping us find our perfect home this summer! He went above and beyond, we cannot thank him enough! Matt was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable, as well as very welcoming and trustworthy to us as first time home buyers. He always made himself available to help us and answer any questions we had, making sure we understood and were comfortable with every step of the home buying process. He helped us get a great deal on our house, especially during such a crazy time in the housing market. Matt was excellent at negotiating the terms in our favor. Matt made us feel like a priority. He took the time to listen to what our wants and needs were and helped us find houses that met our criteria, ultimately helping us to purchase our wonderful home that is perfect for us.
