10 STARS REALTOR TEAM. If I could rate Jaymes and his team 10/5 stars, that what I would do. Jaymes is very knowledgeable in Austin market and surrounding areas. He also has a very good director of operation Alex and a responsive transaction manager Rachel. We have been working with Jaymes and his team to sell several houses here. In this tough market, you need a realtor team like them, who know well about the market that will price your home right for a quick sell and find solutions for your problems during renovation and selling transactions. Jaymes has been helped us to buy a right property after analyzing a deal. He tells us which ones are good and bad deals. Yes, knowledge is key. Choose JW Team to buy or sell your home or your investment properties. You won't regret it :)

Excellent team! I’m very happy I chose the JW team to sell my home. Jaymes is knowledgeable, experienced, and an excellent communicator who leads a strong, dedicated team. Despite numerous challenges and complications, my home sold quickly and for slightly more than my asking price.

Jaymes and his JW Team did a fantastic job selling my mom’s house in Austin TX! He and his team expertly managed the sale in a very challenging buyer’s market. Jaymes closely managed the feedback from the showings and maneuvered our listing to land 2 proposals. With adept negotiating skills he was able land the sale that was amenable to everyone involved. The JW Team then took it from there to smoothly take us to a successful closing. We were on the market for less than 30 days when other properties in the neighborhood were on the market for 60 to 90 days! I’m so grateful for choosing Jaymes Willoughby and the JW Team for making the process of selling my mom’s house so smooth and successful! This was the second property we had Jaymes sell for us in the last 2 years and I would definitely choose him again in the future.

We had a great experience with Jaymes and his team at Keller Williams. The skill of a realtor and their support team comes to the forefront when the market cools, which was the case during our sale. Jaymes worked with us (this was an estate sale with multiple stakeholders) to prep the property to make it shine. Jaymes executed multiple marketing blitzes and showing days. We were kept appraised of the market weekly with Jaymes' video reviews, and had multiple strategy sessions. Jaymes' assistant Alex was great keeping in touch and responding to any questions or issues we had or that arose during the sales effort. Rachel, his transaction coordinator was easy to work with, friendly, I’m very good at her job. Closing the sale was not easy in this market, with the eventual buyer needing a lot of care and feeding. Jaymes went the extra mile to answer all their concerns and resolve all their issues once we got under contract to make sure the sale proceeded to closing. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Jaymes and his team, with emphasis on the team Jaymes has built and nurtured to deliver an exceptional realty experience and result.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our real estate agent Jocelyn Handy! From beginning to end, she was amazing. She was able to negotiate a better deal for us and was so helpful every step of the way. (Even when there was a hold up with the HOA, she knew exactly what to do to avoid a closing delay) Jocelyn is professional, courteous, prompt, a problem solver, thorough, and always with a smile!
