Jason was great to work with! As a first time home buyer, he was very helpful answering any questions we had and was very thorough with his answers. Jason was always very flexible with his time. With the stress of the housing market we spent many months trying to find the perfect home. He was very patient with us and we ended up finding the perfect home!

Jason did an awesome job for us with the purchase of our new home. He was new to the area but was incredibly helpful and accommodating when trying to make our meet-ups work. His knowledge of the process helped things run smoothly, and he was incredibly responsive to any of our inquiries, getting us the answers that we needed quickly so that we didn't have to delay on our decisions. We would recommend him to anyone buying a home in the area without reservation.

Jason was so great to work with! He was so patient with us, easy to talk with, and we never felt pressured to make an offer on anything we weren't comfortable with. He is extremely knowledgeable and made the process as easy as possible. Highly recommend!

Jason helped us find the perfect home. He is very knowledgeable about all of the aspects of home buying and was able to point out potential problems in the many, many houses that he showed us that could possibly cause problems later on. This was extremely helpful, especially for a first time home buyer. He might not be a home inspector but definitely possesses the skills to be one. He was very helpful and accommodating by his willingness to travel to numerous and distant zip codes, quite often, and usually on very short notice. A huge benefit is that, even after closing, Jason is still on call for any questions or concerns you may have. He also has a good network of people who will can help you through the home buying process and handle all of the services a home buyer might need. Except for signing papers and making a few calls, I feel like I didn't do any work at all. I highly recommend you go with Jason.

Working with Jason was exactly what I've come to expect from a buyers agent. He was very helpful and responsive initially, but after a contract was in place became less so. His knowledge of the market and local trends proved extremely helpful. But there were times it seemed unclear if he was representing my best interests, his own, or the interests of the seller. Overall, it was not a bad experience but could have been better.
