Iean and Melissa were rock-solid agents for us as buyers of our new home and, subsequently, sellers of our now-former home. Their responsiveness to phone calls and emails to answer our many questions was much appreciated. Their wealth of professional knowledge concerning the many processes involved (about which we had many questions) helped to fully answer our questions and calmed our nerves. Their strategies to help us achieve the best purchase and sales prices would could obtain, particularly during the current Covid-19 pandemic, were insightful and ultimately proved effective, to our great satisfaction. Iean and his team provide us with excellent service and truly cared about our desire to sell our home as quickly as possible. We had a contract in under 3 days and were provided with progress updates every few days until closing.
