Jason has helped us prepping our house to get us ready to move to the next chapter. I haven't found a realtor with as much knowledge as Jason who can literally put you in touch with all the proper people from vendors to help do home repairs to tax consultants to assist you with a 1041 exchange. Jason and his team were great to work with! They helped my family and I buy and sell our first house and then buy our second house. They were always very responsive and quick to set up open house times. We also felt confident in our agent with the knowledge she brought to us for each house. We found the Jason Gorman Group through an internet search just “ to do some looking” in the MN River Valley. The next day they contacted us to discuss our needs and connected us with Susan Egan whom lives in the area we were focusing on. We were sent daily listings and met with Susan to “ have a cup of coffee”. Based on her expertise and assistance with coordinating local contractors, going to the home to measure and quick response to questions , we made an offer on a home six months earlier than we had anticipated! Jason Gorman and his team of professionals were amazing to work with beginning from the first day through the day of closing. Each of his team provided the best possible service, including the photograper. Annie and Jason were always available to answer any questions no matter how insignificant. They sold our home in two days with a very profitable margin.
