From the moment my wife and I met Jason to the day we closed on our new home we could not have been more impressed with his knowledge, experience, and professionalism with which he conducts himself. As first time home buyers we were very unsure of what to expect and had lots of questions and concerns along the way. Jason addressed every question we ever had with compassion and humility and made us feel extremely comfortable in what was an uncomfortable and chaotic market. My wife and I have bought and sold homes before and had less than fun realtor experiences. As luck would have it, I met Jason at a local coffee shop, struck up a conversation and brought home one of Jason's business cards. At the time, we had no idea a few months later we would be listing our home, looking to relocate to a smaller home in a different part of town. When the time came to sell and buy, we reached out to Jason. He walked us through the whole process, from getting our former home listed (and sold, yay!) to hanging in there as we went back and forth between renting and buying and building. He is patient, kind, always honest, and even made the stress of simultaneously buying and selling homes fun! Whenever we need to sell or buy a home again in the area, Jason will be our first call.
