Look no further for your Real Estate needs. Bill and Janet are experts in their field. They helped make a stressful house search very easy. Janet was always letting us know when a house was new on the market. This was helpful because the area we were looking the houses did not stay on the market long. As a matter of fact the one we purchased sold in ONE day! Janet and Bill's negotiation skills secured the house of our dreams and we can't thank them enough.

Excellent recommendations in all aspects. Finest realators I ever worked with. They sold 4 harvard ave. in 2020 and 53 harvard ave. in 2022. Yes two houses. They worked well with my lawyers especially under the duress caused by the tenants that were leaving from one of the houses.
