James is a top notch realtor. As a first time home buyer he made my experience seem less and stress free. He literally took me under his wing and made sure I found a good home in a great neighborhood. He answered every text and phone call immediately. He never said no to meeting 2 times during the week and every weekend. If he thought the house wasn’t right for me or needed too much work for me he let me know it he always had my back! James represented us in buying a property in Leisure Village West. Although our bid was not accepted, he maintained contact will seller's agent and when the original deal stalled, he positioned us to get the deal done. He continued outstanding follow up through inspection and clean out. Would highly recommend!
