We have had a dozen homes through the years and in many different states. He was top two of all time realtors we have had over the years! Would recommend 100 percent!!! He was with us for at least 7 years while we searched through different homes and areas!

James was my realtor in Spring 2025 when I was seeking to purchase my first home. James is very friendly, approachable, and easy to work with – all of which kept me at ease throughout the very stressful process in a competitive market. He was always on top of new listings, quick to send them out to me, and fast to get me in to see a home. James was also extremely knowledgeable about the local area and market trends. He was extremely communicative and always made himself available to view homes later in the day to accommodate my busy work schedule. When it came time to put in an offer, James was able to expeditiously assemble the necessary paperwork and get it out to the appropriate parties overnight. The home I ultimately decided to purchase did find itself in a bit of a bidding war, and James worked tirelessly throughout the weekend to ensure the sale went through successfully! He is also an excellent resource for local contacts in related fields of real estate (mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, etc.) I would recommend James without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a home and would definitely ask him for help again on a future purchase. James did an amazing job listing my house and responded quickly with any and all questions and updates along the way. The photos were fantastic and showcased the house so well that there were three offers on the first day of the open house. I accepted the best offer well over ansking and James followed the entire process every step of the way from Contract signing to Closing in record time.
