James was amazing with informing me about the selling process. He lead me through every aspect of preparation to sell and his dedication to listing my home immediately by taking photos and marketing in the best light. He responded to every phone call.

We have had a dozen homes through the years and in many different states. He was top two of all time realtors we have had over the years! Would recommend 100 percent!!! He was with us for at least 7 years while we searched through different homes and areas!
