Patty Brady sold our father’s home which was a challenge as we did not live locally. She helped us with the regulations of a retirement community which we were unaware of. Patty was always available to us by phone for all our questions. She was able to make suggestions which I feel helped sell the property so quickly.

Patty was amazing! She made herself so available at all times and made the entire process of purchasing our new home so much less stressful. She is very knowledgeable of the area so if you are not familiar with the area she can tell you everything you need to know. I highly recommend you bring Patty on board for the purchase or sale of your home, you will be very happy with the personal service you receive.

Patty Brady is the best! She is very knowledgeable in all areas of real estate and beyond. Being from North Jersey, I depended a great deal on Patty to provide all sorts of information about the Brick area when purchasing a property there. Patty is responsive and always makes herself available to her clients, even after she has made the sale. She is a very positive and compassionate person, a trait that I feel is definitely needed when making a big decision such as a home purchase. I feel like I have someone I can consult with long after the sale is complete, and I know that she will continue to provide guidance when I have questions about the area. I would highly recommend Patty if you are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable realtor!

Patty did a wonderful job in helping us sell my wife's parent's home from a remote location. She handled all the details we were not able to, due to the distance. Wonderful agent. Would definitely use her again.

Our experience with Pat was wonderful ! We had been going to open houses for a long time and met Pat at an open house in Point Pleasant, after leaving that open house my husband and I agreed she would be our realtor, we just loved her personality, and her honesty. We found Pat to always be available day or night if we had any questions, she was truly a great realtor and I am happy to say we are very happy in our new home in Manasquan . I would highly recommend Pat she has the energy and knowledge to get the job done!
