Exceptional #Janet Anderson Real-Estate Group & Keller Williams . Where do I start! From the very beginning Janet was very honest,knowledgeable & tuned in to every aspect of selling a home. She came to our home prepared with market trends,analysis. We listed our home & were getting very good feedback from potential buyers & suddenly the buyers seemed to be holding out. We eventually decided to pull off of the market, our decision. Janet & her team never gave up on us.We re-enterered the market a couple months later & to our surprise, we received an offer for listed price. 1 day later received 2 more offers far above listed price. Obviously we were very pleasantly surprised. The house is sold!! Oh forgot to mention that Janet was in constant communication with us ,even when we were off the market. I personally refer to Janet & her team under the Keller Williams umbrella as My A+ team. Thank You Janet for such a pleasant experience & I will recommend you & your team whenever the subject of selling or buying a home comes up.

I highly recommend Janet especially in this crazy market! She found ways to attract buyers and successfully sold my house. She worked with the other agent whom was stalling us to get them to move and close the deal. Hats off to Janet for doing such a great job!
