we were actually looking for a summer rental, Andrea is very helpful, I contacted her through Zillow rental, she responded right away, and we were able to schedule a house tour, during the tour, she was very knowledgeable of the house, the surrounding area, the amenities. She spend quite a bit time with us to show us the surrounding area, the restaurants and the tourist attractions. it’s a nice and pleasant experience with her. Guys if you want to sell your house, she will be a perfect candidate.

Andrea was hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with in over 30 years of buying and selling houses. She came prepared with an excellent plan tailored to the property and the market, and she executed it flawlessly. Her team is also very strong. She handled a very quirky buyer with professionalism and was able to close the deal. She obtained top dollar for the property and managed a smooth transaction and escrow. Her experience in Laguna Beach is exceptional as well. Would recommend Andrea as a sellers or buyers agent without hesitation.

We are displaced due to house fire. The insurance co. offers a service to relocate. With no success over two weeks, we called properties ourselves to try and find a home. By chance we got Dusty on the phone and he secured a beautiful home in Dana Point in 8:00 hrs. - with THREE DOGS! Great local knowledge, fast and responsive. I can't thank Dusty enough!!! We cannot say enough good things about Andrea. We were referred to her by our friends who are realtors, and were told that she was the go-to agent in Laguna. They were right! Dusty, and behind him, the Ballesteros team, were absolutely vital to our successful listing, and selling our $2.9m home in Laguna Beach. This was our first time selling a home and they were extremely helpful, supportive, and patient along the way helping us across the finish line. We had 2 offers within the first 48 hours of listing, and a further 3 offers within a week. They helped us navigate this and reach an agreement with a buyer we were both comfortable with, and excited about. Can't recommend these guys more highly.
