I have been very happy with the level of commitment and expertise that Jami provided. She was super helpful for us as out-of-state buyers and ultimately helped us to buy a home in North Tacoma within a reasonable time frame and for a reasonable price. Since she is working with her daughter she was able to provide 7-day support and it felt like the availability was almost 24/7, which was extremely helpful in this tight housing market.

Jami is by far the best broker we have ever worked with! She knows the Tacoma market better than anyone and as a result she was able to find the right buyer for our beloved home. Jami was professional and thorough throughout the entire process of purchasing my new home. We worked together for months and toured several homes. She was honest and provided sound guidance in this highly competitive market. Her intentions were always to find a home that was the right fit for me instead of pushing to make a quick sale. She is responsive and she worked around my scheduled to ensure I was able to view homes ASAP. In addition, she referred me to a excellent lender and housing inspector. Jami and her team worked diligently to get my daughter and I into a wonderful home.
