James with The Goodman Taylor Team has a massive wealth of information when it comes to buying and selling my house, his team is efficient and knows how to work together which makes the whole process easy and enjoyable! No question I had was to strange or complicated. He has a great understanding of the Phoenix market and knows how to put that information to work in a positive way!

James provided invaluable advice during our home transaction. Due to his expertise, we ordered the right inspections that showed some very expensive repairs needed, giving us the knowledge we needed to walk away from a home. He then helped us to find a much better home for a lower price within a week. We are so grateful for James and we trust him to look out for us. We’ve used him to buy 2 homes now and we will continue to call James for all our real estate needs.

I recently worked with Rachelle Heinzen-Ruchty of the Goodman Taylor Team to purchase a new home in Goodyear, AZ (PebbleCreek). I traveled from out of town to meet with Rachelle who was recommended by the realtor who sold our home in Washington. Rachelle worked extremely hard for us starting several weeks before I visited the area by sending listings and answering my endless questions. Rachelle is very knowledgeable about the Phoenix area and the numerous suburbs. She helped me identify specific areas that we might like and drove miles to show me these areas. She listened to what I was looking for and offered recommendations. She also guided me on new builds, pool building and landscaping, which was extremely valuable! Rachelle was there throughout the closing process, working with the lender and the selling agent. She always responded immediately to my questions. I highly recommend Rachelle. She is not only professional, but warm, friendly and fun. She will work hard for you to find the home of your dreams.
