My husband and I always knew if we were to sell our home, we would work with Jack. We recently relocated out of state for work and decided it was time to sell our Worthington home. The entire process was seamless and we had confidence knowing that everything was being handled while we were away. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome and how quickly it all came together. We highly recommend Jack, he's professional, thorough and a great person all-around.

We recently sold and purchased a home with Jack. He was referred to us by friends. Jack was outstanding throughout the entire process, from helping us set expectations and evaluating the house we were selling to the final closings. He has a very thoughtful and thorough approach. We would walk the homes we were interested in and Jack paid close attention to the detail within the house. He listened closely to our opinions on the homes and offered his positive and negative thoughts on each one, often pointing out aspects we would not have noticed otherwise. He was quick to reply to texts, emails, and calls. He also had a wide network of recommended and / or highly rated professionals, including lenders and inspectors. We will highly recommend him to our friends and family.

I lived in Washington DC and needed a local realtor to take care of my property in Dublin. I thought a condo might be difficult to sell but I met with Jack once. He took it from there and sold my house in 2 weeks at full price. All I had to do was sign documents, Jack and his team took from there. Awesome job!!!

We listed our home in Dublin, OH with Jack. We selected him because of his experience and familiarity with our area, and he had successfully closed several other deals with friends of ours, who recommended him highly. We had as EXCELLENT experience working with Jack. We had tried to sell a year earlier via listing with another realtor, but no success on that try. Jack got us priced right, got the right buyers through, got us an offer very near asking price, and we closed in a short time. I would use him all over again if needed.

Jack is very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. Jack knows the neighborhoods and schools in Dublin after raising two boys who attended school in Dublin. Jack has owned homes in several neighborhoods, long time resident, and is knowledgable with the surrounding communities as well. Jack helped us sell or Ohio State campus rental house and helped us sell our home in the Dublin/Powell suburbs. He was right on as far as pricing, trends, staging the house, repairs, etc. Jack also checked on the houses, let repair people in for me when I was out of town. He always responded quickly to my questions and concerns.
