This is the second property that I have sold with Cindy. The research they did was very helpful. In all of my experiences with Cindy and the Steve Smith and Associates agency, I have been very pleased with the results. Both Cindy and Steve provided valuable suggestions to prepare for the sale. In both cases, we listed homes on a Friday and had multiple contract offers in hand by Sunday. Both sales were above the original asking price. In both cases, the sales transactions went through without a hitch. They regularly communicated with me at each and every step. I will most definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.
