So let me tell you, I knew just about nothing about buying a home; and the way things are now I was wondering if I would *ever* own a house. In just a couple weeks of working with Micah Harr I'm packing my stuff up to move! Here's a few things that stood out as why you should go with Homes That Click: 1. Micah is knowledgeable. He explained the whole process to me like I was 5, again, a good thing because I didn't know what I was doing lol. Knew what was up in every step of the process and kept in constant communication on how things were going. 2. Micah is honest. At no point did he push me to make a decision on a house to get his commission faster (this is something I've dealt with before). The first place we toured was admittedly not in the best condition. Micah agreed, which was sincere. And pretty funny. The last place we looked at ended up being the house I bought and there was never any pressure to put in an offer. 3. Micah is committed. He put together an offer the same day I toured my future home, I just needed to stay awake to sign it. After that he took care of so much of the process, I don't think you'll have an easier time buying a house anywhere else. Really stayed on top of things and I know I wasn't his only client at the time. Man's a machine. So yeah 10/10 would close on a house again. I gotta go back to putting things in boxes now, good luck home hunting everyone!

Micah was very professional and informative throughout the entire selling process. He was extremely helpful when it came time to sort through our offers and negotiated very well for us. Having previously sold a home without a realtor, he proved to us how much more seemless the process can be on our end with having the realtor handling everything for you. Would highly recommend Micah!
