Diania and her group really came through in both finding a new home and selling my old home. She and Carlton were able to be there every step of the way when we had questions or concerns and were able to help us navigate the daunting task of buying and selling in a 2 month span!

Diania was sooooooo helpful from start to finish and beyond! She was patient with me as I began the “looking” process about a year ago-just wasn’t sure what direction I was moving in. As I changed my mind on what I thought was right for me, she immediately changed the search criteria on the daily listings email I received. When the “one” became available she was right there helping me with everything as I did a move from another state. She facilitated everything I needed to do from my original home in Illinois making everything effortless on my part. Don’t know how I can ever thank her enough for the help, advise, encouragement and support she provided and continues to provide!

Carlton and Sarah are absolute selfishness heroes. They stepped into an incredibly tough situation when we needed to sell a house that had been sitting vacant for over a year. The property was in rough shape—grass 2.5 feet tall, an old above-ground pool and trampoline. Without hesitation, they paid out of their own pockets to have the junk removed and the house professionally cleaned. On top of that, Carlton agreed to take on some extra work for a slightly higher commission to make sure we got top dollar. He spent his entire Memorial Day weekend—and then some—fixing the place up: painting inside and out, repairing trim and ceilings, replacing light fixtures, power washing, mowing, fixing fences and gutters, and more. By the time he was done, the house looked brand new. Thanks to all their hard work, we received two offers—both over asking price—and ended up selling for $20,000 more than we originally expected. Even when the deal got complicated, Carlton and Sarah kept it together and got us across the finish line in a way I don’t think anyone else could have. They are truly amazing people and phenomenal agents. If you’re looking for someone to go the extra mile (and then ten more), hire them. You’ll be grateful you did.

As a first-time homebuyer, I honestly had no idea what I was doing—or even exactly what I was looking for.
