It was an absolute pleasure and privilege to work with Mr. Ilya Tsipis as he helped me purchase my first home. He was extremely professional, organized and beyond helpful in helping me understand the homes and market. He has a wealth of knowledge accumulated through years of experience, but is NEVER pushy. More so, he has a certain sincerity and affability that is rare in people. His interactions with other parties were admirable - his focus on interpersonal kindness brought results that speak for themselves (e.g. I now have a home that I didn't think I would have been able to have). It was obvious that he was well-respected by his peers. The whole experience was genuinely enjoyable and I was looking forward to our house-hunting days. He would point out crucial details that allowed me to understand this process in a meaningful way. I am beyond grateful to have worked with Mr. Ilya Tsipis and wholeheartedly recommend him.

Ilya is knowledgeable about properties, structures, foundations, roofs, and so much more. He takes the time to know a lot about a lot in all aspects of his field which makes him an amazing realtor. Ilya helped book all the inspection with such care. His knowledge about what we needed to look for and be cautious about was invaluable. I truly feel that we would have been lost without his advice about what to look at and what to check for. Ilya is the most amazing realtor I have ever worked with! My family had such crazy requirement of what we were looking for in a forever home. Ilya was so patient and took the time to truly hear all of the insane requirements. Not just understand what the needs we had were but take the time to make suggestions. When I became overwhelmed with the entire process Ilya would calm me down and remind me that everything would work out. Drive around to countless homes, sometimes scheduling multiple visits to the same place, just for me to rule something out. Ilya started to see the vision that I was looking for and his eye to detail helped my family find the exact home that we needed.
