Ian is always super friendly and knowledgeable. He holds himself with the utmost professionalism and is available to you whenever you need him. He is not just a realtor, he will go out of his way to make sure you are happy.

Ian Williams was a fantastic agent from his first meeting with our daughter to search for a home in Austin. We were purchasing a home with her and Ian would contact us after each showing to give an honest assessment of the properties (plus video on two occasions!). He always responded quickly to our text messages and emails, and within a few weeks, we made an offer on a house. Ian was always professional and excellent to work with....especially working with us remotely!

First time homebuyers! Ian always goes above and beyond, he kept us hopeful and informed about our buying experience. He’s always available, is honest and very determined to get you what you want in a house. We had Ian as a realtor for 4 months prior to buying our house, he kept us up to date on new listings took us to see countless homes, and when we found the right one he was able to effectively negotiate on our behalf. We love Ian and all that he does for his clients. We will never go to another realtor in the Austin area again. Ian is the best.

Ian is what a realtor should be. My wife and I have had to deal with some bad ones in the past who were disrespectful and unprofessional. But Ian made our experience an excellent one and made us feel at ease. When we were visiting from out of state looking for a house, we decided to just look at some open houses. After walking into the first house, we met Ian. We talked for a bit and told him we were just looking but not ready to move yet. He then asked how long we were in town for and offered to show us any houses we were interested in. Even though those houses did not meet our needs, he made our trip much more fulfilling than expected. He offered that he’ll go look at any houses that pop up after we went back to our home state. A few months later we contacted Ian to take a look at a house for us if he had time. Not only did he look, he did a video recording for us, which helped us determine that house did not meet our needs. After that, we decided to make another trip to see if we could find the right house. After looking at several houses in our second visit, we decided on a new build. We were very excited but also worried as we had to attend the design meeting in person but we had to go back to our home state. However, Ian immediately offered to attend the meeting on our behalf and would live stream so we could participate in real time. He even offered to keep a log for us of the building process. And doing so, we were able to notice any discrepancies in the build process and have them promptly resolved. We highly recommend you give Ian a call if you are looking for a place in Austin and its surrounding areas. He went above and beyond for us and we could not be happier.
