Holly was wonderful to work with and navigated through all the questions I had for her. She was on top of my every need and was always available when I needed her. When my buyers had demands , Holly was there with the contacts to get things done. I would not have wanted to go through this process with anyone else. Holly really knows her business and is current on the laws and requirements for a realtor.

Holly was great she was indispensable helping me with her knowledge of VA inspection and requirements to help me make this home purchase. She was outstanding in the negotiations getting my price where I needed it and even getting the concessions from the seller bringing it down even further.
