We would recommend Brad to anyone interested in buying a home. He was great to work with and helped us so much more than we anticipated. He doesn't just do business and takes off, we have contacted him a few times after the deal was closed with various questions and he always comes back with answers.

Very knowledgeable and always available for showings! Goes above and beyond other realtors up to the point you are moving into your new house. Works day and night to fit your schedule very recommended.

I would highly recommend Brad. He was professional and courteous, and returned all calls promptly. He drove an hour and a half to show us the house that we ended up buying. He also kept us aware of what the owners were doing and had no problem contacting them if they were not prompt on their responses to our inquiries. Also, he introduced us to our mortgage company which gave us a excellent mortgage. He also handled my crazy exceptionally well.

Would I recommend Brad Cary to friends or someone asking me if I knew a great realtor? Yes, most definitely! The house we had for sale, sold in less than two weeks time. Brad explained the paperwork to us and answered our questions. Any questions he couldn't answer he answered in a timely manner.
