Hilary and Cassie worked tirelessly to sell our house in a very unfavorable housing market. They have years of experience in selling homes in Tempe and are knowledgeable of the changing marketplace. They went beyond expectations in helping us to prepare the house for showing and in the end helped us with details of the final house finishes and expedited the closing. They did so much more than just open the door, as we had experienced in the past with other agents. They were truly our partners in accomplishing the sale and made the process less stressful. They kept us informed through the entire process. We are very appreciative of their expertise and kindness.

Hilary and Cassie were simply outstanding. Professional, Knowledgeable, experienced, invaluable. Every aspect of the process received their expert, vigilant attention. They explained each stage of the transaction and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond to help me through the transition of selling my home as part of an out of state move. They advocated for me and took care of all of the details. I got a great price for my home and peace of mind throughout. I was in good hands from start to finish. I could not ask for a better realtor.

Hilary and Cassie were so much fun to work with and really helped minimize the stress in the (first time) home buying process! They immediately responded to every call and text, were quick to get us in to see houses, knew the area really well, and were great with negotiating. Thank you two!!

Hilary and Cassie were outstanding to work with in the recent sale of our longtime home in Tempe. This was an emotional experience for us, and they helped us through the process with the right combination of professionalism and caring. It was important for us to have a realtor who understood the old Tempe neighborhoods and Hilary’s 18+ years of working in the area gave us just that. Her experience helped us to price our home correctly and we received a near full price offer in less than a week. Cassie is a great complement to Hilary, handling many of the details that helped us through the sale. They make a perfect team! Both were extremely responsive to our questions and gave us invaluable advice along the way. Hilary and Cassie work hard for their clients and we highly recommend them for your real estate needs.

Hilary and Cassie are an outstanding team. They bring so much professionalism, kindness, and knowledge about homes in the Phoenix area. They were on my side from the beginning of my search right to the end. I had fairly specific goals in mind and they quickly figured out how to help me. They were always highly responsive and such strong advocates for my interests. The outcome of my search is incredible and my first home is wonderful. Bottom line: if I buy or sell again, I’d work with Hilary and Cassie in a heartbeat, and I’d encourage friends and colleagues to work with them. 10/10, two thumbs up, five stars, etc.
