Hilary and Cassie are an outstanding team. They bring so much professionalism, kindness, and knowledge about homes in the Phoenix area. They were on my side from the beginning of my search right to the end. I had fairly specific goals in mind and they quickly figured out how to help me. They were always highly responsive and such strong advocates for my interests. The outcome of my search is incredible and my first home is wonderful. Bottom line: if I buy or sell again, I’d work with Hilary and Cassie in a heartbeat, and I’d encourage friends and colleagues to work with them. 10/10, two thumbs up, five stars, etc.

Hilary and her business partner Cassie are an incredible team. Not only were they available to help around the clock, they had extensive local knowledge of the Tempe area where we were buying and gave plenty of recommendations on the best pest control professionals, pool services, etc. Hilary has 18 years' experience and it shows--she puts all that know-how to work for you. Closing went very smoothly and we benefited from Hilary and Cassie's negotiating skills throughout. Plus they are both kind and caring people and take the intimidation of buying a house out of the process. Can't recommend enough!

Hilary and Cassie were great! I cannot recommend them highly enough. They helped us find our new home, assisted with contacting mortgage brokers, and negotiated with the seller. They took care of all the difficult stuff in a rapid and professional manner.
