Helen helped us land the new house recently. It was a three years long journey since she started working with us. Through out this whole time, Helen has been very patient with us, educational, informative, and helpful by sharing all her experience with us to help us make the right decision. Helen was knowledgeable and very thorough throughout the process. Quick to respond to any and all questions. I live out of state, but Helen took care of everything including planning, repairs, and other errands, which meant I didn't have to travel. Her pricing strategy was effective and practical for our custom home, resulting in multiple offers and a great sale price. Helen was an exceptional partner in my recent villa purchase. We met at an open house, and it was immediately apparent that she knew the area I was interested in and listened to my “must have” list. Helen explained the process of selling, and provided a detailed timeline of important dates once contracts were signed. Helen is the third realtor I’ve worked with, and I would definitely recommend her to others, as well as partner with again.

Helen did an outstanding job selling our home. She was very knowledgeable and professional. We had some issues with our main drain line and she stepped in and handled getting the necessary repairs done for us. Helen kept us informed throughout the process of selling our home. She had been recommended to us by our neighbor Assocation and we would also recommend her.
