Heidi and TJ helped us purchase our home at the lowest price in our dream community which we never thought we could afford. The house was appraised significantly higher than our purchase price. We are very impressed by how much they understand our needs and wants, how they really had our best interest in mind all the time, and their negotiation skills in this whole process. They made the whole buying process a breeze as they took care of literally EVERYTHING for us. They went out of their way to provide us with extra resources and various options. They helped us find a loan officer who provided the best rate possible, and a company that is able to provide insurance in our area while all the big companies such as Farmer are no longer insuring. They made sure we always felt like a priority. They responded to our messages within 1 minute 99% of the time.

We are beyond grateful to Heidi’s service and outcome in selling our home! Heidi was professional, resourceful, and extremely considerate, our entire experience was worry free and hands off. She had our house touched up and ready, found us a solid buyer, price was negotiated and settled before we got too involved. Nothing was amiss or difficult, she was simply an effective and efficient communicator. With hard work and smart work, she delivered such an impressive result to us on a silver platter! We could not thank Heidi and team enough for their assistance with our home sale. From the first meeting, managing remodels (unbelievably fast!), setting strategies, and closing the deal, everything was seamless. Like my friend who recommended us working Heidi said, "you don't have to lift a finger" (except for signing the contracts). She is thorough, responsive, smart, and excellent at what she does. We are super happy that house was sold at a great price with an incredibly quick timeframe. Thank you Heidi and team!

Absolutely the best hands down! 1st meeting for about 1.5 hours where she was very patient to hear and gave very honest opinion on what needs to be fixed. In the next hour we had the painter at home who have a very reasonable estimate of work. In one week the house was on market (initial estimate was 2 weeks). Within 3 weeks we had a very solid offer. Heidi did all the leg work and we were only given updates when necessary. She did everything in background and we had a totally hands off seller experience. She gave us regular updates and got the top dollar for house. I worked with multiple different local experts but her confidence, followup and attention to detail is simply amazing. Best negotiator, super responsive, excellent knowledge. Indeed the best!

Heidi is absolutely fantastic. She was referred to us by a friend of mine. We had a great experience working with her selling our house in Fremont. We thought it would be very stressful selling during Covid-19 pandemic but Heidi really helped us feel at ease. She handled all the details very patiently and professionally while keeping us updated on the key milestones. Heidi is honest, dedicated and hard working.
