Rozie is the absolute BEST! I would recommend Rozie to anyone looking to take their next step or like in my case, first step, into the Colorado real estate market. Being a first-time home-buyer, there were so many things that I did not understand fully, and Rozie was always able to explain things in a way that made sense to me. She was patient with my eagerness to find a new place to live, and always reminded me about the excitement that was right around the corner, whenever I felt overwhelmed. I truly believe that my offer on the home I purchased was accepted because of Rozie. She took the time to make sure my offer was well-written, she advised me on all the things I could do to make my offer the best it could be, knowing I was working with a tight budget, and her excellent communication skills with the listing agent helped as well. Rozie also kept in communication with everyone else involved in my transaction to make sure that all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Rozie is knowledgable, personable and kind. We found Rozie online since she had a listed a house we were interested in. She was very knowledgable and we ended up using her to buy a property. She was great, responsive and helpful.
