Robbie helped us purchase a rental property at a hot spot in Golden area. Very hard to get but he's totally on top of it. We are able to negotiate a great price and now the value of the property increased greatly. Definitely would recommend if you are buying near Golden...He knows stuff around this place.

Robby was fantastic! He is such a nice man and really wanted to do what was best for us. Robby was very thorough in everything he did. He put our house up for sale in a very timely manner, had great pictures taken, printed beautiful flyers that really made our home look great, and took care of anything extra we needed. Robby communicated well with us and had our house under contract in a matter of days. We feel very lucky.
