I am so glad we were referred to Heather and Colin. They made buying our house so much less stressful than I remember it being 20 years ago! They were super helpful, always available by phone, text, and/or zoom. You can tell they really want you to be happy with your experience. I didn't feel pressured in any way and felt like they always had our best interest at heart. I would highly recommend working with them!!

Heather and Colin are amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable, savvy, and can bulldog when it comes to getting things done — even when it seems impossible. They were able to pull off a double escrow with a sale of home contingency that did not seem possible before we took the leap of faith. Their dedication, communication, and ability to navigate tough situations made all the difference in our experience. If you want someone who will fight for you and make things happen, look no further. Highly recommended!

We had a 5 star experience with Colin & the Roda Team purchasing our home in San Luis Obispo. We rate them a 10/10 on both knowledge and communication during our process. Colin went above and beyond when he arranged to have our non-running older model car brought to the new house prior to closing because we had to stay in a hotel. Our home had been sold by a wonderful Platinum realtor Nancy! Nothing but good things to say about everyone! We recommend Colin and the whole team.

Heather is an amazing realtor, she truly went above and beyond on so many levels. She knew all the right people to get our house ready and sold. She was personable and willing to answer all our questions and able to explain things in a way to make them understandable. She also has a love like us for colonial homes :)
