Shonda was wonderful in working with us. She is most professional and was sincerely interested in our needs and desires for a certain kind of home and neighborhood, and organized viewing to meet our schedules while still being efficient use of time. Shonda was completely responsive to our questions (phone, text, email, and of course in person regularly) and getting information we needed for decision-making. She worked very closely with us in the negotiation process for the house we wanted, and led us through all the buying, inspection, settlement and closing processes, quite efficiently and made easy for us. Her knowledge of the area, and the processes, and the people who were needed for the key steps, was invaluable to us. She helped us with services & contractors we would need after the purchase for what we wanted to do. Truly full service. Highly recommend Shonda as the best!

Going into the selling of a home my understanding of the scope of the logistics involved would have fit onto a postage stamp. After my experience with Cassandra Merrill and the Merrill and Associates team not only was I provided unparalleled support through the entire process but I was also afforded a significant amount of understanding of the home selling process. If a T was not crossed or and I was not dotted on my behalf Cassandra was on the spot with insight, guidance and support. Cassandra's level of professionalism and personal touch made me to feel as though my deal was the only deal on the M&A plate. I would add that my home selling experience took place remotely up north in Sacramento California and Cassandra and her team handled the entire process from A to Z remotely both digitally and through phone support. As a layman in the world of Real Estate nomenclature and required documentation I could not have found anyone else to entrust through this experience.
