One word describes Brandy's skills as a buyer's agent: EXCEPTIONAL! Brandy is experienced, knowledgeable, consultative and fun. She helped us decide between two homes in Savannah and did a tremendous job negotiating our deal with an extremely difficult seller and seller's agent. Brandy is well-organized and proactive. She is available to her clients day, night and weekends. We leveraged her extensive network of service providers including home inspectors, fence contractors and power washers. Melissa Kobi is professional, knowledgeable and an expert ! She was able to select houses for viewing based on our budget and preferences. We bought a house that she had suggested to view. It was love at first sight when we saw the house. She paid attention to our likes and dislikes. She wrote an offer that made us stand out to the sellers and now we are happy homeowners! I would highly recommend Melissa. We originally needed help finding a location and place that met a lot of very specific requirements. To make it more difficult, we only had a very specific window in which we could purchase. Melissa guided us through every step and even when we had some potential closing problems, she worked directly and diligently to get them resolved fairly and appropriately. Finally, Melissa didn’t stop when the closing was over. She has been helpful for us in finding contractors and resources locally so we can really enjoy our new place.
