I never met Jeri, but my husband, Trevor did. We had a house to sell that our son had lived in for 13 years & it was a total mess. We don’t live in Savannah so we needed someone who could not only handle the sale, but help us get the house into marketable condition. She was fantastic. My husband drove up from FL to check on the house and was extremely happy with the result. Jeri is the ultimate professional, the contractors she recommended were top class people too. We were pleased with the result - the house looked lovely and we were happy with the listing and the price Jeri recommended. We were able to handle the sale on line as well. All in all, one of the most pleasant home sale experiences we’ve had. We would definitely recommend her for all real estate needs.

I have bought and sold three houses with Jeri and I would trust anyone else with this process. Get and her team are very knowledgeable about Savannah and the surrounding areas, they are very detail oriented and will get you everything you need dollar they can.

Ms. Patrick was fantastic! I had to get back to New York. In my absence, she stayed on top of everything from making sure the upkeep of the house and property were in order to the staging, for sale. She was prompt with phone calls and any information she thought was helpful. I counted on her until the last minute and she came through. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent!

Jeri was wonderful to work with. She was our agent for three separate transactions, both on the buying and selling sides...She really looks out for her clients and makes sure that they receive the best possible deal to benefit them. I highly recommend her! :-)

I can’t say enough nice things about this team. This was my first time selling a house and they made it effortless. Very knowledgeable and helped me get it sold very quickly. Definitely a 5 star Realtor Team!!!
