Tripp was very knowledgeable and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Tripp and his team to anyone buying or selling. They provided us with support and guided us through the entire process. Tripp was always available and ensured all questions were answered. I have never had a better home buying experience from offer, to inspection, to mortgage, and closing.

Tripp is very knowledgeable in the Savannah market and RealEstate in general. He asks a lot of questions to understand the buyers or sellers wants and needs so he can set the listing just right or locate properties for buyers to match needs. Overall very responsive to what you need.

It's like having a concierge service. This was an estate being sold after my mom passed away, but nobody in our family is local. When we needed some repairs, Tripp knew someone who does great work for a fair price. When we needed someone to check on the property after a storm, Tripp stepped up. When we needed to have someone let the Estate Sale people into the house, Tripp was there for us. Due the fact that this is an estate, Tripp had to communicate with several individuals, but he did an excellent job of keeping us all informed. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job for us.
