I'm honestly not sure how to start describing Glenn, but I want to say how truly grateful we are to have found such a dedicated agent/broker. We feel incredibly fortunate. He demonstrated remarkable patience, composure, and attentiveness. He dedicated considerable time to guide us through the process of viewing the property step-by-step and provided detailed explanations for each house we visited, addressing all the specifics of the properties we intended to purchase. We entered into a purchase contract with Glenn’s help. I vividly recall that during the initial stages of the contract, due to unforeseen circumstances that I cannot fully explain here, we faced a very challenging period. I remember calling Glenn on a weekend around 10 or 10:30 PM, and for over an hour, he offered us valuable advice. The following morning, he continued to follow up by sending emails and contacting us to check on our well-being and feelings. His genuine care for his clients was evident. The most important qualities I wish to highlight about Glenn are his patience and his ability to listen attentively. Finally, I would like to mention that we purchased our home in Walnut Creek in 2023. I want to express that nearly two years of living in our dream house are thanks to him. Glen Allen is an excellent realtor and we highly recommend him for your residential real estate purchasing or sales. Glenn made the selling process painless. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable with all aspects of the purchase/sale process. Glenn and his team were always prepared and ahead of the game so to speak, and fielded any questions we had right away. Glenn was also helpful with our relocation by finding us a realtor in another state. Our experience with Glenn was first rate, and we will be using Glenn again whenever needed.

We were over a year into the process and had been to countless open houses before we found Glenn through a coworker. He lived in the neighborhood we were targeting, and knew details like the name of the principal of the local elementary school. He also had negotiation strategies that none of our previous agents used to make sure we were on short lists in the unbelievably competitive bay area. We would definitely recommend Glenn to anyone who is ready to buy in the Pleasant Hill area.

I highly recommend Glenn Allen. He has assisted me with two transactions. His service is consistently excellent. The last transaction he did for me was selling my rental condo. He assisted with the tenant move out, prepared the unit for sale (including managing a remodel), and marketed the home all within 21 days. We received numerous offers and were able to sell the unit for $50,000 over asking price. Highly recommend Glenn is you want someone you can really trust.

Glenn is a great realtor. He responds rapidly, listens carefully, and is an expert at investigating and resolving issues. Our experience working with him on a multiple parcel acquisition was first class.
