Our property had been passed in twice before with two different realtors when, on recommendation, I reached out to Glen Coutinho and his team. The first surprise was that Glen recommended a totally different marketing campaign from the previous two and, amazingly, to actually increase our price fairly substantially. The result, a successful sale, was not a surprise. Not a surprise because I witnessed at first hand Glens proffesional intesity and focus. I was very impressed, on all levels. Thank you Glen.
