Maddy was able to make searching for a place and getting me through the buying process a great experience, especially since I was a first-time buyer. The close of escrow occurred in 2023 in Studio City, CA. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and had many connections in the real estate industry. Maddys genuine personality made her an easy person to trust. I felt confident in my purchase because Maddy was able to answer my questions or knew someone who could answer my questions. She was able to provide recommendations for repairs in the counter offer and connect me with lenders, home inspectors, and insurance agents. She was late only to our first meeting because of an address mix-up, buts she is only human. Also, Maddy really wants to get things done, which is expected because real estate is a fast moving industry. I didnt get the first place we put an offer in for, but we kept looking and found a better place. Finally, Maddy would resond in a reasonable amount of time when I asked for an update about a showing or an offer. In the end, I am glad she was my realtor. I would be happy to work with Maddy again and I would recommend Maddy to anyone who is looking for an authentic person to help them with real estate!

Working with Jenna was an amazing experience, she was so patient as we looked for months for a place that we connected with and even moved areas with us when we realized the neighborhoods that we were looking in weren’t the best fit for us. She helped us through so many questions and tricky situations with inspections and seller quirks, always helping us figure out how to move forward. Overall, we had an amazing experience working with Jenna and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Matthew Karic is an absolute gem in the sea Los Angeles real estate agents. We met him at an open house and immediately felt great vibes with him. We were drawn to his calm, relaxed, and non-pushy demeanor. He had a special way of connecting with our interests. Most importantly, he was extremely patient with us throughout the nearly 2 year roller-coaster of a process of us buying our eventual dream home. He helped us through multiple offers and two escrows to finally get us the absolutely best house. Along the process, he became more of a friend who is also a real estate agent. He is part of the Andrew Dinsky group, and Andrew himself was also a pleasure to work with. In fact, when we mentioned to another unrelated agent that we were working with them, they said to us, “Everybody knows Andrew. He’s basically King of the Valley.” They are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful, going out of their way to help us throughout every step (even after we closed and moved into our new home). We are so happy to have crossed paths with Matthew and recommend him without skipping a beat!

We cannot speak more highly of our experience with Andrew and his team. We had listed our house with another agent and when we weren't getting any traction, we asked Andrew for his advice. With his expert eye, he made some tweaks to the furnishings and we received an offer within 12 days of listing with his team. The communication throughout was excellent and the team provided a fantastic experience from start to finish. They really know the Sherman Oaks and Studio City area and give great counsel throughout the process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Valley.
