I can’t say enough great things about my agent Sal. He listed my condo in Encino during a very challenging market and still managed to secure an offer within 24 hours above my asking price. From start to finish, he made the entire process incredibly smooth, even when we ran into a few road bumps during escrow. He was always available to answer questions, talk through concerns, and provide reassurance when needed. He also recommended a handyman who quickly took care of a few issues, which made everything much easier. He is incredibly kind and professional, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. We are already working together on finding a home to purchase, and I couldn’t be more confident continuing the process with him. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know.

Honestly, Sal is the greatest realtor I have ever worked with. I’ve worked with about ten over the years and finally found the best. He’s not pushy at all, he’s incredibly informed and in touch and when he needs to make things happen he gets things done. He’s a great person on top of it all. Highly recommended.

Lisa did such a great job of getting our house listed quickly but with care. She knows the market well, so knew exactly how to price the house and present it. Everything was so seamless. We were so happy with the results!

We recently sold our home with Andrew Dinsky in a very tricky market, and would very much recommend him to anyone.  While he has a large team, we could always deal directly with Andrew at any point in which we needed guidance.  Additionally, his whole team was fantastic, each very knowledgeable and dependable in their own right.  Also impressive to us, was the network of vendors and tradespeople that Andrew had at his disposal.  Like most people selling their home we had a couple items to address before we put it on the market (paint, light plumbing etc) and we were impressed with the quality and prices of the vendors Andrew recommended to us, all completing the work on time and in the range of budget we discussed. Big picture, Andrew delivered for us, and we felt in good hands throughout the entire process, from getting pictures, marketing, to the negotiating of the final deal.  While it was a challenging market we entered into, Andrew never gave up on doing what needed to be done to sell our home to a great buyer, and in the end we ended up doing just that! If you’re looking for a very qualified and seasoned real estate professional, who also has the emotional intelligence to understand all the complex emotional and relational aspects of selling a home, we would highly recommend Andrew Dinsky.
