Gary and his team offer a truly unique and refined approach to the home buying process. I hold Gary in very high regards when stacked against his peers. My wife and I recently had a child and stress levels were high, thinking about a daunting move on top of all that we had on our plate. Gary helped us zero in on a location and property that suited our family’s needs and budget. He was a a voice of reason during the negotiation process, helped us close on an expedited timeline and did a great deal of heavy lifting by scheduling inspections, identifying quality contractors and gave us bite sized chunks to easily digest all checklist items. She was always there for me, and went above and beyond. From start to finish. Made everything understandable, and as problem free as could be. Best sale ever! She explained all steps, even helped clearing every last item. Sold within 8 days of going on market, due her efforts from day one. No trouble getting the price I wanted. All after I had already moved out of state. Trust is rare today. I had all trust in Tiana, and I was right.

Tiana did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our first home! She was incredibly knowledgeable in the local market and was instrumental in determining the best offer for our place. She guided us through the entire process, step by step, and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. She made the stressful process of buying our first home incredibly smooth and eased our concerns when they came up. Tiana is very responsive, expertise, and knowledgeable to help me to sell my house. Since I’m an Asian and my English is not so good in communication but she never lost her patience with my wife and I. We were very lucky and so happy to have her representing us.
