Fred was the best real estate agent I have had. He saved me money with quality contractors that he had personal relationships with, negotiated a price above asking for me, and made it very convenient for me and my fiances very busy schedule between repairs and the sale. Frederic represents his clients very well. He is pleasant and respectful to parties he does not represent as well. In my case, I was a buyer with my own agent. Frederic negotiated with my agent and made it happen. Once everything was said and done, he presented me my keys with a warm smile and a hug.

I met Fred at an open house. In the end, it was the home I purchased. He knew knew every detail of the home and due to his diligence, constant communications, responsiveness and advice we were able to close in less than 30 days. There were little issues here and there with negotiations, and he always made me feel like it was a win/win for everyone around. I highly recommend Fred to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.
