Working with Ewelina and her team was truly an incredible experience. From the very beginning, she were very professional, attentive to every details ( and it truly mattered!), and committed to making sure I had the best outcome possible. Ewelina took the time to really listen to my goals and concerns, and she carefully reviewed the market to ensure I could get the best value for my home. What stood out most was how thorough and dedicated she was throughout the process. She made me feel confident in every decision. Her team mirrored her professionalism: always responsive, detail-oriented, systems in place and genuinely supportive when i was met with challenges. Selling a home can be stressful ( and emotional as well), but Ewelina made it feel smooth and manageable. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I’m so grateful for her work, expertise, and the genuine care she put into helping me through this process. I highly recommend Ewelina to anyone looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond!

Ewelina did an amazing job in both helping us find our dream home and selling our previous one. She was responsive to all of our questions, concerns, and ideas, thorough in all of her research, and best of all, treated us like we were family. I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in buying and/or selling a house!

I decided to move up from an apartment to a house. My experience with realtors in the past has been best when they have a strong work ethic, deep local knowledge they are willing to share, and are “for you” in the transaction. Ewelina was recommended to me by a colleague at work, and has all of these characteristics. I couldn’t be more delighted with the results and would enthusiastically recommend her as a buy or sell-side realtor in Chicago suburbs. There is no one else you should with.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Ewelina Rafael. As first time homeowners, my husband and I were excited but nervous about the intricacies of the home buying process. She’s the ultimate professional - communicates well, gave great advice, explained every step of the process all with a smile, kindness, and empathy. Ewelina has been so fantastic. She helped me buy my house and 5 years later she helped me sell it. She and her team are knowledgeable, professional, and fun to work with. Best of all, they work hard to keep it simple. Next time I buy a house, she is my first stop!
