A recommendation from our attorney led us to select Cindy as our relator. Meeting with her the first time we were impressed with her local knowledge, her suggestions for staging and pricing estimate. We met with her in Dec to plan a listing in May. We were not living at the property when it was first listed and relied on Cindy to stage and handle open houses without our involvement. She handled all the action items and kept us up to date on any changes. We received and accepted an offer 1 week upon our return. Cindy guided us through the closing process with no issues and we successfully closed 2 months after the sale.

Cindy was absolutely incredible and helping my wife and I purchase our very first home. She was patient when you needed to be, and pushed us when we had to do that too.
