We honestly put Sam through the wringer and he was absolutely awesome from start to finish. We were out of state for much of the process, and he was incredibly flexible, adjusted on short notice more times than I can count, and handled everything with professionalism and calm. He delivered everything you would expect from a great realtor and then went above and beyond with responsiveness, problem-solving, and follow-through. We trusted him completely to represent our best interests when we couldn’t be there in person, and he never missed a beat. What could have been a very stressful experience was made manageable because we always felt confident knowing Sam was in our corner. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who truly shows up and gets it done.

Will was a wonderful realtor to work with from start to finish. He was very responsive to any questions that we had during the process and did everything from scheduling showings to submitting offers really quickly and efficiently. I would definitely work with him and the Kohler group again!
