The Stary Group was awesome to work with. They helped us find a builder for our new home and assisted in the sale of our original home. Our relator, Jonathan Jochum was very patient with us during the build process of our new home and the rest of the office team (Brittany and Nikki) was very professional and answered all our questions quickly. I would highly recommend this team!

At the start of the process, communication was strong and we felt confident moving forward. However, once showings began, it became increasingly difficult to get timely responses to questions or updates. This lack of communication often left us feeling in the dark and forced us to reach out to other members of her team just to get basic information. When buying a home, consistent and proactive communication is essential, and unfortunately this was a major shortcoming. While she was always polite and kind in our interactions, the ongoing communication issues made the overall experience frustrating and disappointing.
