We are so grateful to her for her overall expertise and knowledge of the market/area as well as her guidance as this was our first home buying experience. We trusted her recommendations implicitly and everyone we worked with on her recommendation exceeded our expectations. In a highly competitive market, she helped us find our dream home without settling for something we weren't fully on board with. Jeff and his team were very professional and responsive. In a volatile market they walked us through the process of preparing our home for sale while controlling the showings and open house. Jeff strategized with us to price the home according to the market conditions and other recently sold comparable properties. We sold the home in four days. We strongly recommend Jeff and his team.

Jeff & Joan did an outstanding job tirelessly searching for the right property here in Geneva. Jeff is a wealth of Realty information; He really knows the Competition & Current market trends for the Fox Valley, and after he did his research - Set a Listing price for my house that was higher than I thought possible. Jeff is a calming influence, particularly when my emotions wanted me to drastically drop the price - he gave me all the good reasons to "stand firm', and sure enough, a Full Price offer showed up within a week! His Business Ethics are top notch.
