We worked with Joan Henriksen on the Jeff Jordan team - she is absolutely fantastic. We are so grateful to her for her overall expertise and knowledge of the market/area as well as her guidance as this was our first home buying experience. Jeff and his team were very professional and responsive. In a volatile market they walked us through the process of preparing our home for sale while controlling the showings and open house. Jeff strategized with us to price the home according to the market conditions and other recently sold comparable properties. We sold the home in four days. We strongly recommend Jeff and his team.
