We were needing a rental property on short notice with a flexible budget. Despite kind and reasonable communication, Evelyn ghosted us altogether mid-search. Luckily, we were able to self serve through Zillow and found our own situation. It's wild how rude and disrespectful some realtors can be in sellers markets like this.

Evelyn was wonderful to work with. As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions. Evelyn walked me through the entire process, explaining each step as we went along. She was extremely responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls, and it was always easy to set up times to view homes. Once we selected a home, she again walked me through the offer and negotiation process, inspections, and closing, and I'm so thrilled to have closed on a great home. I highly recommend Evelyn for any real estate need!

We have purchased two properties through Evelyn Sharp. She has been very responsive and helpful. Evelyn is extremely knowledgeable about properties in St. Louis city. She is always reachable by phone, text or email, and was very accommodating when we needed her help on short notice. We purchased a HUD property, and her knowledge of the extra paperwork and patience required helped to walk us through the process painlessly.

I worked with Evelyn this past year and it was a wonderful experience. I was a first time home buyer with lots of questions! Evelyn was very responsive, which is what I needed! I was able to contact her at anytime, anyday! She knew the area very well which was also nice. When buying a foreclosure home, theres little room for negotiation, if any at all, and Evelyn was willing to negotiate time and again until I was satisfied:) I would recommend using Evelyn to anyone, and especially first time home buyers :)

Evelyn is very competent and one of the smartest in the business. I felt though that she saw me as a mark, and sought at every turn to bend things to her advantage. I do not trust her counsel if there is a difference in choices that put her best interest at a disadvantage. I did not seek to give this review she requested I make the review so I am not out to get her. I am more severe because I was going thru a life threatening illness while selling. I was at a complete disadvantage and I do not think this phased her one bit. I had to make a decision to sell one property and abandon another. I asked her for advice on the one I needed to abandon. She would not answer my question about the ramifications of abandonment until I just made the decision. She then confirmed that it was the right decision but I felt that she held that info back hoping to get some advantage while I twisted in the breeze. I also felt she may have been interested in picking my bones on that house to help a high dollar client who had more rental property in the neighborhood. Not happy with her at all.
