Eric handled the sale of our WA home and buying our new home in Nexton. He truly knows - and understands - the entire experience, and he knows houses. He guided and advised us through the entire process of selling one and buying a new one AND dealing with the lender. Eric is very knowledgeable about the construction of the homes. He guided us on the upgrades to make that would gain a higher price and sell - which it did. We had the offer 30K above ask within 24 hours of listing. Most importantly, he dealt with buyers and their agent who became increasingly demanding up until day of closing. He also helped us in negotiating which inspection items to repair and where to decline, AND find many of the contractors we used. He was ALWAYS calm, listened to my venting - and the deal closed on time, above ask. On the buy side, he walks into a house and can tell us what's good about it, and for us, which inspection items to prioritize. He is always available by phone, email etc. He worked with us to complete the upgrades (down to the color of pulls, doorknobs and paint!) through the search and listing. Finally, after finding the house that grabbed us immediately, offer made, and although on the market for 52 days - suddenly facing multiple offers! Eric talked us through the decision we had to make, got us the papers to sign (I think on a Saturday night?) and revised offer submitted. We love our new home :-)

To whoever reads this, this is the realtor you want to work with! I’m not kidding! I’ve worked with many mediocre realtors in my time thinking that is as good as it gets. Eric showed me what a top notch realtor is supposed provide and he steps up and takes care of business when problems arise. He made selling my home as stressless as possible, I can’t say enough good things about his work. I’m very,very pleased with my experience so much so I’m trying to talk him into getting licensed in my new home state. You won’t be disappointed Eric is a true professional.

I can’t recommend working with anyone other than Eric, especially in Charleston County. I’m a new(er) investor in Charleston county (I’m also located out of state) and have bought multiple investment properties through Eric since the start of 2022. No one is more knowledgeable about that market than he is. He is not just an excellent realtor, but an all around housing expert. As a real estate investor himself, he knows exactly what to look for and how to navigate this challenging market. Eric was very knowledgeable about real estate in general. His knowledge of the James Island market in particular was remarkable. Eric was always direct and upfront about the procedures and processes, which gave us clarity while navigating through this experience. After quite a bit of back and forth, we were able to close the deal on our dream home- all thanks to Eric. I highly recommend working with him.
